Announcing Virginia’s first working summit dedicated to elevating the people and programs already improving the lives of boys and men.
Last month, Virginia passed landmark legislation to create the nation’s first commission dedicated to boys and men. September’s public, in-person summit builds on that momentum—bringing together leaders from Virginia and across the country to share what works and scale proven initiatives across disciplines.
The summit is co-hosted by the Virginia Advisory Commission for Boys and Men and the Virginia Coalition for Boys and Men.

It is time to hear from folks who have been working on serving men, boys, fathers and their families and communities for years and decades.
September 18 is about learning from the success of Virginia lawmakers and gleaning wisdom and tactics from those successfully serving men and boys, on the ground, in Virginia and around the country.
